Not every trader is at the Market every Saturday - so if you’re making a special trip to see one trader in particular, it’s always best to contact them first.

Ardagh Castle Goats Cheese - Judy Wotton

A hard goats cheese based on a Wensleydale recipe, made with vegetarian, non-GM rennet. Yoghurt and soft cheese sometimes available. The cheese is made from unpasteurised milk from a small herd of goats who free-range a hill between Baltimore and Loch Ine, and it is matured for a minimum of two months.
